Hello Im fairly new in Wholesaling and was wondering if there’s anyone in Texas who can email me The purchase agreement you use and the assignment contract you use in Texas. I’ve tried to learn more about the contract as far as filling them out but the first deal I had was worked by a partner so I really didn’t learn about the proper way to fill out contracts etc. I would be glad to send my email if someone can help. Thanks.

The best thing to do would be to talk to a real estate attorney or title company and get contracts and guidance directly from them. The laws are changing in some states so you want to make sure you have the right information.
