Rookie Real Estate Investor looing for 1st DEAL

How should I market myself knowing that I haven't had my first deal?

I've been looking for my first deal for 5 months. My question is, should I market my wholesale business as if I am on my 100th deal with a bunch of fake imagine or should I get real content and wait for a real first deal?
