Hello I am new to the idea of wholesaling and real estate. I have been searching around my neighborhood and found a few REO properties close to me. my question is can I successfully wholesale any of these properties with out having a LLC and if so what steps should i take to to get started?

Concentrate on out of state owners with 80% equity send them postcards over and over.
