Hello,

My friend brought me to this site and after debating, I decided to join. I've only been here for a few days and I have already many things about the market. I have 5 years of mortgage experience but that is through financial institutions; underwriting, loan servicing specialist, foreclosure specialist and I wanted to get into wholesaling so I can start my way into investing. I figure that if I take time to learn the back end of networking with real estate agents, contractors, and mortgage lenders, I will have more knowledge to make sound investments when I start flipping homes. I don't mind the hard work because I know it will pay off in the long run.

I signed up to my first investor meeting and I will be attending REIA meetings soon. If anyone has any advice, I am willing to listen or if anyone wants to trade contact info, I am available. Hope to hear from yall real soon.
