multifamily lot, where to find buyers?

Hi all,
I have a 5-unit multifamily lot in zip 60505. The lot is ready to break ground. Engineering and Architecture has been complete since Aug 2008. I am not in a position to do a construction loan to finish the project and I am looking to unload at a steep discount. Can anyone give me some pointers on where I might find buyers? I currently have a flat fee MLS listing (1065 Tollview).
I need to find either someone who wants to by land to hold, or a builder that can finish the project. The building would be profitable as a 5 unit rental. Comparable rent is $900/month/unit and the building was bid out at $350K with me being the GC.
There are 3 identical lots next to mine (with motivated sellers) as part of the same development plan.
thanks
Ken
