New Jersey Wholesaling Contract

New here at BP; excited to start my journey in RE and my learning process in wholesaling part time aside from my full time job. Since I drive for Uber I have already started "driving for dollars" and researching my market.

Does anyone have an example of an assignable contract that they can share for my reference.
