Hey! That's awesome. I'm the CEO of DealMachine and off the top of my head, I would suggest looking up Scott Oots. I am not sure if he's active on BP but his IG is thescottoots.

    @John Halverson Deal Machine is amazing, depending on your marketing strategy.

    If you have a huge budget, by all means: go the Direct Mail route.

    But if you don't, you need to go the old fashioned route of just picking up the phone and calling people.

    @John Halverson I’m interested in your DM experience. I’m a California investor too. Since owner contact info isn’t public in California, can Deal Machine show YOU the info as well as send the postcard? So you can call them to follow up if you want?

    @John Halverson keep up the good work! 100 is likely not enough in California. Cold calling is a good idea but you should increase the number of distressed properties as well to 200-500 realistically at a minimum.
