Rookie Investor - Need Advice!
Hey Everybody,
Seeking some advice on my next real estate investment.
I’m in the military and currently have two rental properties. I deploy in the coming year and upon my return I’ll come to the decision to make another home purchase. Seeking advice on buying either a foreclosure and rehabbing or buying and moving into a fourplex.
Anyone have an excel model to run numbers?
