Do Mobile Homes go through Escrw when Wholesaling?
Hello all, I hope all is well. I am looking into wholesaling mh, I've found a few mobile home deals even got them under contract, but had to walk away due to I wasn't sure if the title needed to go through escrow. I also wasn't sure if there needs to be a middle man when it comes to the funds being disbursed between me and the seller. Please let me know im ready to get in, but this is something that has been bothering me. Thank you.
P.S. I am located out in Arizona for those who would like to know. TIA :)
