Wholesaling in Baltimore City
As many know there are many vacants Baltimore. Should i avoid Those? Seen someproperties in which I have made appts With owners of the homes that are not boarded up.

Hi @Jonathan Bunch I am looking in the Baltimore market as well. I know the area am I will be staying away from certain neighborhoods. Houses that are boarded up may be a red flag in most cases. As @Courtney Rollins said make sure you check the block and side streets.
