Newb Years Resolution

Hey Guys,
I figure I have been lurking for long enough and might want to chime in and ask for some help.
I want to get started in wholesaling very strongly and have had a number of false starts. I have a website up and running but have been failing at the marketing big time.
I have been an avid reader/researcher but now its time to put up and or shut up so my new years resolution is to start chasing the dream 1/1/2013.

Resolution number 1, no more courses or books!

Resolution number 2 - Take some action!

This leads to the question, in the spirit of Pareto's principle, what 20% of your activities are leading to 80% your results in your markets?
Direct Mail? Yellow letter or form letter?
Web marketing?
Driving for dollars?

Any advice would be much appreciated
Mike

I agree on the courses, but not the books. I've read lots of bad books where I still pick up one little tip that made the whole book worth it. I would suggest reading as much as you can. You don't have to spend any $ on books. Use the library.

Can't really help you with any other ideas. I'm not a fan of most people's concept of "wholesaling". Any wholesale deals I do involve my own cash to purchase and then I flip to someone else for a profit. I think the idea of going after deals without any money and making a ton of cash is just another late night guru sales gimmick that isn't very practical.
