Example of TREC 1-4 contract filled out for wholesale deal
Hey everyone I've began cold calling and marketing for leads but I am still lacking confidence as to how to fill out a TREC 1-4 contract. Can anyone send me a copy of a filled out contract that was a wholesale deal just so i can get a better understanding of how it should be done properly it would be greatly appreciated. I am in the San Antonio, Tx market and would love to meet anyone in the area that is also wholesaling or flipping.
