Im starting out in Wholesaling and Ive heard about purchasing a motivated seller list

I live in Miami, Florida but i have no idea how to purchase one of these lists

In a city like Miami i would recommenced Drive for Dollar to get started. Most of the lists you pull will be over saturated by everyone else because it is such a hot market. Just research Driving for Dollar to get started. Good luck!
