Scenario question for investors, especially wholesalers
Let's say you find a motivated seller who is going through something and needs to sell their house. Upon arival at the house you notice that the house doesn't need any renovation and is move in ready. How would you convince that seller to sell you their house below market value if theres no repairs to base the below market offer from?
