Investing in Hampton Roads
It seems like I jumped into real estate investing at the right time..lol. Is the 757 area still alive with wholesaling or is it dead with the current state of the world?
I see a lot of potential deals, but I don’t want to get them under contract if I can’t perform and find a buyer.
