@Jalen Britton Yes you can. Its going to be tough since its listed with an agent. Agent will ask you (and rightfully so) for a proof of funds. They will also not allow a lengthy due diligence period. Its doable, but just be prepared for the things I mentioned. If you cannot provide a valid POF then this isnt the deal for you, which is OK.
