I’m an investor plan to invest in miami market with $100,000 cash that I have saved !! Will go with Trusted wholesale in miami fl market ?

Wait until 2021 and get the houses on cash on discount because of people loosing the houses ?

Or go with a realtor that basically the seller pay the fee ? I’m newbie investor !! Been watching the podcast for 2 month already !!
