Tricky Deal I Need Advice
Hello!
I’m new to wholesaling and I need some advice on how to structure the situation below.
A wholesaler sent me a deal and asked me to help him find a buyer. My buyer is interested and ready to close. However, the wholesaler with the contract wants to double close to hide fees. So this would be a JV and a double closing.
No assignment needed right? We just close with end buyer first and then close with seller?
What do I tell the end buyer, do I just tell him to show up at closing?
