Rea Estate Wholesaling
I started my wholesaling business and have been driving for dollars seeking distress properties and using tools such as PropStream to locate vacant absentee owner properties and placing “we buy houses” signs in heavy traffic areas and still have yet to get my first deal. Can someone share idea or tips that I can use or even modify what i am currently doing?
