Need advice for investing in Philadelphia, PA

BiggerPockets has been, and continues to be, a tremendous asset for a newbie like me. I have done my due diligence and have read the books, attended workshops, perused articles and even spent a few dollars on the "gurus" and am finally at the point where I am ready to take action.

Due to having limited capital, I believe it may be best to begin as a wholesaler. Any suggestions for ways to get connected to buyers interested in the Philadelphia market?

I'm studious, determined, pleasant and eager to lend any skills/resources in exchange for mentorship (my apologies if this sounds like a personal ad :-).

Many thanks in advance.

Welcome! I would suggest going to your local REI club to network. In my opinion, for us with little to no capital, wholesaling is a great place to start. Good luck!
