Wholesaling - Tenants
Hey guys, about to close in on a deal but we have come up with a possible issue. The property we are looking to wholesale currently has tenants that have been amazing for the owner. What happens/what do we do with the tenants if we wholesale it and sell it to another investor to flip it?
