Hello, I am doing my research to start wholesaling in the Orlando area where I live but I’m have a difficult time finding a purchase and sales contract and an assignment contract. Can anyone help?

@Nikolas Caban contact Joe or Arcoma at PCS title, he has a whole suite of contracts available for sale. He is an attorney, owns the title company, and a trust company and is highly regarded in the wholesale community.

I highly recommend you contact a local RE attorney in your state. They probably have plenty of contracts already available and it should be a few hundred bucks or so. If you do plan to find something online or use a shared doc, I still highly recommend you have an LOCAL RE attorney review and approve. Keep in mind, you're not selling candy bars...you're transacting real estate that exposes parties to a lot of liability. Best wishes on your journey!
