Welcome to BiggerPockets! I would recommend educating yourself for the next few months on all things real estate investing. Listen to the podcasts, read the BP books, and be active on the forums. Attend your local REI meetup. Find a successful wholesaler in your area and offer to buy them lunch. Ask them what you can do to help their business or what they are struggling with now. Do that for free and learn from the best. Good luck getting started man!
