Please help!! I currently have a deal in progress, however, the seller wants to choose the title company. I called the title company she chose and they aren’t familiar with wholesaling. Should I still go through with the deal? Is it even possible to fix this problem? I’ve weighed all my options and have come up with nothing please help

Many states the seller picks the title company. You can ask seller/seller's agent to use another one and guarantee you will pay whatever cost difference there may be to the seller's side.
