wholesaling a wholesale
Is it possible to wholesale a home already under contract by basicly contracting the contract already in place? I ask this because I have other wholesalers with homes already under contract and I might have the investors that fit the homes they have.

A daisey chain, LOL, yes you could, buy the rights under a contract and assign it again, not common, not even advised to try, but you could if everyone wants it. :)
