Wholesaling in Texas

Hi guys, I’m new to wholesaling in Houston. Just wanting to connect with other like-minded REIs on BP. 

Still trying to wrap my head around the proper contracts to use. So I’ve got a couple questions.

1) When I’ve found a seller that has agreed on a number am I presenting the TREC 1-4 contract with the clause “or assignee”

2) Once I’ve got my cash buyer is there an addendum or different contract that should be presented?

3) Is there anyone that has an example contract they wouldn’t mind sending for me to review? If so, that would be great.
