Finding cash buyers

Hey everyone, new wholesaler here...

I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to market anything on BP that isn't on the marketplace obviously so I won't get into the specifics of it but where would I go on bigger pockets to find cash buying investors in certain areas? On the marketplace I think you can only post properties for sale (I'm not licensed so I'm not sure if that's safe for me to do or not?)

Any tips or advice would be appreciated. I managed to get two deals under contract in my first week wholesaling so I'm just trying to keep the ball rolling!
