The first step to getting started in wholesaling
Looking to begin my real estate career in wholesaling.
I have been licensed for about 1.5 years and spent the 1st year with little capital and no guidance or direction for where my place was in the industry.
After much time and thought, I have decided to pursue wholesaling and am making this post simply for any and all general tips and strategies for beginners like me!
