absentee landlords mailing?
I sent a bunch of postcards using realeflow in hopes getting someone willing to sell there property. The problem is no one is calling to sell there property instead I get calls from people saying they are cashbuyers. I am hesitant to talk to them Because I got no property under contract yet. It was a small mailing, should I send more? what should I do?
