What has it been like Virtually Wholesaling?

Greetings all,

For virtual wholesalers that have wholesaled local markets prior, how much different has it been doing so? Have you experienced an ease of lead generation? Has it been a stronger decision for you to move virtual and brought you more success than wholesaling locally? If you had the chance to start from scratch, would you move to virtually wholesaling first? Has it been more difficult for you to move into virtual wholesaling and maintain a system versus keeping it local? How has scalability been for your system by keeping up in virtual markets?

I'm doing my market research into other markets now and would love some tips/guidance into what has helped you best as a virtual wholesaler, and would love to connect over the phone further if you'd have the time!
