Hello, I’m in memphis, TN and I just started the process of becoming a wholesaler and I wanted to see if anyone had any advice on how to get some momentum with limited capital to work with to find first deal?

 Nope you just need to make more calls. Most people need to make around 2k calls to get that first deal.
