Wholesaling in the Bay Area
Anybody wholesaling in the Bay Area? I originally was of buying and holding for cash flow, hopefully to quit my job and focus on real estate investing in 6-7 years, but the more I read about wholesaling, the more I want to explore so as to reach my goal quicker. I would love to connect with any investors out here to find out what the market is like and what areas specifically are good to target.
