I'm very close to closing my first wholesale deal & the seller has accepted my offer. I am using an attorney not a title company. Do I need to submit my sale agreement contract & the assignment contract with my cash buyer + the EMD? If someone who's wholesaled using an attorney can help that'd be great thanks
