How to hire a contractor to do rehab estimates for me
Hello everyone I found two distressed properties with motivated sellers that I’m looking to wholesale in the lake county IL area. How can I hire a contractor to come with me and inspect the properties and give me a rehab estimate?

I stopped doing estimates for free if the house wasn’t under contract/owned, or one of my previous clients.
If I don’t know you, and you are only looking at the house and want a quote, I won’t get off my couch unless it was for $250-500 depending on how detailed.
