Hi all,

I am getting some quotes back for rehab/vacancy insurance and the quotes are coming back 3x more expensive than a dwelling/fire insurance. Is this totally expected? I would have imagined 2x. Are there cheaper options out there? I think that the cheapest option is NREIG for vacant insurance, anyone have experience with them for this?
