Recommendation for Myrtle Beach insurance company
Closing this month on a 1br condo(tel) in Myrtle Beach (29572) - our first STR. We otherwise have Farmers and they don't serve the area. Can anyone suggest an insurance company you would recommend in MB?
Also, lender is requiring that they be listed as a loss payee but otherwise there is no specific guidance so if there's anything you advise in terms of the policy specifics I'd be all ears on tips from any more seasoned folks. Thanks so much!!
