 I had a friend of mine get into a nasty million dollar lawsuit due to black mold being found in his rental. The Tenants won the lawsuit. Thank god he had the right policy. Definitely talk with a pro to make sure you have the right insurance. My friend would have lost everything if he didn't have the right policy.
