Commercial Umbrella Insurance

I have talked to many Personal umbrella insurance companies and everyone requires a primary resident that I don't have right now. I own few rentals right now and I need a liability coverage to protect my assets. Some of my rentals are under a trust but some rentals are not. I do not have an LLC.

Is commercial umbrella insurance a route for me? If yes, please recommend agents who can help me with this.
