Cloth Wiring Insurances

Hello BP Fam. I am currently under contract for a duplex, and am having trouble finding an insurance provider who will accept cloth wiring in the electrical system. The duplex is a 1959 build. One unit has the original wiring still in tact. One unit has a mix of new and old with some handyman work. I intend to house hack and STR the other unit. Any suggestions on how to move forward? Or any providers?
