A new member in BP ask for some insurance tip.

Hello BP members.

I am a foreign investor that invest in Detroit city and Detroit suburbs like oak park, southfiled and fergminton hills.

I have a 25 properties.

I have to be honest and say that i am not an expert of insurance.

I want to ask you which and what kind on insurance i need? 

and if somebody can explain me what is exactly umbrella Insurance?
