Insurance for 6-plex property in Washington state

Hello,

I am in the midst of buying a 6-plex (residential) in Washington state.

Since this is over 4-units, I think I might be needing commercial insurance. 

Can the experts guide me as to who should I approach for getting commercial insurance?

Do you have anybody you can refer?
