Milwaukee 4 unit Insurance

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing a 4 unit property in Milwaukee, WI and just received a quote from the company that is covering my SFH rental property. The rates on the 4 unit are astronomical even compared to what the current owner is paying. I'm looking for some recommendations on insurance companies or agents for this type of investment property that I could contact.
