NEED Feedback on Attached Dweller's Insurance Quote
Hi, I'm working on closing my first property for buy and hold. I'm not too sure what I should look for when it comes to insurance. I've attached an image of the details of one quote that I received. Please advise on if this policy is in my best interest as a landlord for a triplex. Also comment on what dollar amounts/coverage I may want to consider or the pros/cons of this policy. Any feedback that experienced landlords can provide would be helpful.
