I need insurance for rentals

I'm looking for a company that will insure my properties at a reasonable rate. I placed my props in an LLC and now I'm told they should be covered under a commercial policy. I'm finding that commercial is much more expensive and want to know what companies I should get quote's through and what tpye of coverage I should ask for? Thanks, Ritch
