Homeowners insurance recommendations?
I am currently in closing on my first investment property and have to find homeowner's insurance. I am not really sure what coverage I should get on the property. What coverage do most people get? Does anyone have a recommended provider? The house is being purchased in Ohio.
Also would it be wise to get an umbrella policy?
