Insurance on Rentals

So I've been shopping around on insurance. Of course I can't find an apples-to-apples quote.

Company A is offering more replacement cost.

Company B is offering more business liability.

All other "little" coverages appear to be about the same. Premiums are about the same, +/- $50 annually.

Which do you opt for? Or is there something else I need to look for?

I ended up going with Safeco. I got quotes from State Farm, All State, Farmer's, Amica, Chubb, and AAA.

$5000 deductible.
$500,000 liability (that is the max they offer, I have an umbrella policy as well)
Adequate replacement costs.

$983 annual premium for 3 units.

From my research, it seems that Amica is a very, very good insurance company. Unfortunately, their quote was just under $2800!!!
