Looking for insurance for our first deal...

Hi everyone! We're in our due diligence period for our first deal, but we're having trouble finding insurance for it. It's a triplex in Hiram, GA. North West of Atlanta. The only insurance company who had even given us a quote requires it to be insured for replacement cost. We'd like to insure it for the purchase price. Does anyone have a suggestion for an insurance company we can use? Thanks in advance!
