Re-quoting private flood insurance with elevation certificate

Hi Everyone, 

Does anyone have experience with getting private flood insurance re-quoted once you have an elevation certificate performed on the property?

I have a property in a flood zone and currently hold a private flood policy. I obtained the elevation certificate, but so far haven't had luck in re-quoting anyone who recognizes the elevation cert in hopes to lower the premium.
