Termites found! How much will insurance premium be?
Just found a lovely looking property. But seller just sent me a disclosure form, saying there is a history of termites. Does anyone know how this will impact future insurance premiums? I already know how much it will cost to have the house treated, but can't find anything on increase in insurance. Id love some help here!
