Are things any better on Florida Insurance?

I'm paying about 6K on a beach front condo. I am in the state plan - Citizens. The association has a policy but it only delivers a shell (no walls,etc.). I have 3 different policies - Wind, flood, contents and liabilty. Is anyone writing decent policies in FL?
